Terms & Condition : (The Client Must be read very Carefully )
1. Minimum 80% amount of the total value is to be paid in advance at the time of placing work order. Rest of the amount will be paid before delivery or complete the full Installation.
2. UNITECH BRAND Provides Limited warranty for Electronics or Electrical products.
3. Free Service does not mean any replacement of the product or refund money. Free service means repair of the product at no charge for the service. Only pay the repair or replacement of the parts of product.
4. This warranty is not applicable for all Electronics Accessories, Physically damaged, negligence, misuse accident, High electric voltage (Generator), Burned, Liquid entering into the device for any reason, modification or repair/made by other or sticker removed products.
5. Warranty and free servicing will not be applicable without the warranty card and valid proof of purchase.
6. Limited Product warranty and free service will be active when the client paid full amount. Goods once sold cannot be taken back.
7. When complete the full installation, then the client must be paid full amount in 3 (Three) days. If the client are not paid full amount in 3 (Three) days then UNITECH BRAND reserves the right to cancel warranty & free service.
8. The client must follow all rules of UNITECH BRAND and also follow the words and commitments in work order given time. Otherwise UNITECH BRAND is not responsible to any risk. Such as example: Advanced amount, product grade & price, and all types of accessories.
9. If clients working area situated are outside of the Dhaka city then client must be bear all of the costing in the installation time and warranty period time. Such as example: pick-up rent, hotel rent, food and all needed.
10. This is an electronics product and very critical works, so not easy to end as soon as possible, so the client must be understand and not pressure to complete the work before working days if any reason.
11. If the client want to work with us to pay few money of total costing and after he don’t paid full amount in the right time so that reason UNITECH BRAND authorized reserves the right to withdraw all services without any prior notice given in advance.
12. If the client want to any discussion about our product/price/rules or anything about products related then the client must be tell us at the first time or before work order because UNITECH BRAND authorized are didn’t accept any request after work order or last time at the work.
